It’s funny how I always blog only when something "different" happens. And seriously enough, most of it is about Him..
When did it start? hmm.. lemme see.. Friday? yeah I think it was last Friday, Chie-chan, our recently adopted - recently departed (for Japan OK? not the other meaning of departed) japanese family member came to the house for the weekend. Things were very awkward as the language barrier was a very big factor in entertaining our 17-year old guest. Even though I was some kind of otaku for Japanese Culture, it was not enough to relieve the tension between us and her.
Saturday, we went to Enchanted Kingdom so as to try to entertain Chie-chan to some rides (because we found out the she liked roller coasters) plus, we noticed she wasn’t much of a culture vulture, as she was not that adventurous on Filipino Cuisine. Anyway, EK was good, although raining, was still good. I was wet, but after that space shuttle ride, I was not only wet but on the brink of throwing up and falling down to dizziness.
We ate at a famous japanese restaurant to try to help her eat some more (she only ate rice for breakfast and lunch!) and to our relief, she happily ate her native food. Being a teenager, arcades was always a hit, so to timezone we brought her and had some fun. In the middle of having fun, Charet sent me a message of urgency. A few key punches later, I found myself running down the escalators to another part of ATC. haha. I met with Charet and Izza at another fancy resto in ATC (a long walk if i may add but nonetheless a good one, so as to burn some calories from the previous japanese eating experience) It was the first time I saw Izza in a few months, and seeing her with Charet made her look even happier. =)
So what was weird about it? well having a small world was one, oh and yeah, nakita ko rin pala si Suzy, a female bassist na relative nina Thea, eto naman ndi ko pa nakikita since last sembreak! haha.
[isn't it weird to see a person you only regularly see here at Friendster, then suddenly meet them at the most unexpected place? Para sa akin para akong nakakakita ng celebrity, siguro dahil parang tv ung monitor ko, hehe. But still, parang refreshing na mangyari to, "Uy, hindi ba si ano un? Huy!!" it's like you saw some star and what's better is you personally know that person! (really weird yet haha, undescribe-able) i suggest you think about it, haha, you'll be surprised once you absorb and see what i've been saying]
anyway, Sunday, was interesting(?) fun, and not so boring unlike some sunday evenings when the family just eats a regular dinner then gets on with the family life. [ndi kanya kanya, parang routinic, hard to explain. hehe] that sunday was different, from the fact that I had to entertain 2 more guests, but something unexplainable came over me, can’t explain, it was just present [creeps me out, but dont think of it that way, basta, may kakaiba in a good way, ata. haha]
Monday and Tuesday [today] was really really really weird, everything came to place, everything was great, you could even say that I had luck on my side as there were circumstances that were really just absurd and ridiculous if you think about it, yet it happened! It was in Bio 102 when I really noticed something was different, a change for the better or good perhaps? I hope so. And were all these some sort of reward for being a good boy? or karma that signals something completely opposite would happen in the future, I hope not. It makes me worry that the latter might be true as this frequently happens, I just hope it is not. =)
